Sutter Valley Lawn Service Terms and Conditions

Payment Term: All invoices will be billed at the end of the month. All invoices are due within 7 days they are received. Late fees will be applied if not payed within 12 days.

Dog Waste and Items in the yard: We understand that pets need access to the yard, and we ask that all pet waste be picked up prior to your scheduled service. We understand there may occasionally be waste from that same day; however, if excessive pet waste is present, service may be skipped for that visit. For customers who would prefer assistance, we offer pet waste removal as an additional service.If we need to clear the yard before mowing, a $10 cleanup fee may be added to your invoice.

Rain Days: The weather can be unpredictable at times but we will always try to work around it. Depending on the amount of rain we will try to mow but if there is a lot of rain we might skip that weeks service.

Scope of Service: Recurring lawn maintenance includes mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing any hard surfaces. Additional services such as weed control, fertilization, sprinkler repair, hedge trimming, and cleanups are extra cost.

Automatic Scheduling: Customers are placed on a regular route schedule. Specific arrival times are not guaranteed, but every effort is made to maintain a consistent service day. We will always make an effort to let you know a day before an estimate of time when we will arrive.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with your service, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
